We have created fine software and we are in constant process of improving it to provide you, our valuable customer, with all the tools for accomplishing your task.

There is automated mail forwarding to the city where the lady lives. Imagine your letter - with photos attached - delivered immediately to the appropriate agent in one of 80 agencies in various FSU cities. The server calculates the charges and sends the receipt to you. The letters are properly formatted and automatically provided with the explicit instructions to our staff in all the cities as well as to the lady. You only need to press the button. Notice the "Send me a letter" button on the ladies' profile pages.

All the agencies of the network work within the Standard Operational Procedures and follow a strict policy:

All ladies-clients are recruited personally, they have to submit their passports as a proof the information they provide is credible and they are currently unmarried.

We have collected a huge database of pretty nice women and are proud to have the possibility of personal contact of our affiliate agencies with every lady that helps to keep it up to date.

We place on hold profiles of ladies if they leave town, permanently or for short periods of time, neglect answering letters to our men-clients, have relationship, get unavailable or not interested.

From the very beginning we indicate what contact information of a lady is available and for sale. It can be just "Postal address" or "Postal address, Phone, Email". Ladies can choose whether or not to provide telephone contact information to all men, but most do have telephone access and if they wish they can give it to you. We don't prevent our clients from exchanging any contact information privately and even more - your email and postal address is provided to the lady with every letter. We will not come between any communications you wish to establish on your own.

After purchasing her contact information, you may use our mail forwarding services or contact the lady in any way you wish.

Ladies must personally write all replies. When you receive this reply, you will also receive (unless you ask not to receive it) a reply control slip completed by the lady indicating whether she wishes to correspond, and indeed continue to be a member of our agency. You will also receive (unless you ask not to) a scan of the lady's original letter, written in her native language.

This is important, so you are not writing some ladies for weeks and months and then later find out that she knows nothing about you.

As a confirmation of flowers or gifts delivery we take a photo of the delivery and send to you unless the lady asks not to.

You can use our service to verify if a lady whose data you found somewhere on the web really exists by sending her a flower or a letter through our service. This is a kind of basic scam check service, when you send a rose to the lady's home address and we deliver it in person giving you the report of the delivery.

Our fees are reasonable and we always help our customers reduce them by offering flexible discounts and membership package. There are free addresses offered to our members and regular clients as well as an option to get free address with gifts and flowers delivery .

Our strict policy forbids local offices recruiting the ladies to use formal replies from ladies or forgery letters (which is common practice for other agencies), accept replies from ladies over the telephone, enter invalid profiles, resell profiles, let the staff be clients of the agency or reveal any private and confidential information about the clients and the network, neglect the responsibilities.

An outside inspector keeps an eye on the compliance to these rules by all the agencies of the network and we stop cooperation with the ones that violate them.
